Good quality stool

I wish it had caps to cover the silver screws, that would go a long way on looks. But otherwise it’s a good quality stool and higher than most step stools. I added a cute decal for my boys.

Easy setup

This product is so sturdy I tried it out myself and never gave way at 100+ lbs. I love the easy craftsmanship that there is absolutely no way to mess it up. Boards fit in the guides and in 5mins or less u have a completed step stool for toddlers.

Reliable, sturdy product and excellent service

We've been using this stool everyday for ten months and it has been reliable this whole time. The height is just perfect (We've had taller ones that have been a pain to use.) and we use each step depending on what our children need (if I'm doing their hair for example). Also love the understated black color. It's both light but sturdy.

Also, this was our second shipment. The first one that arrived was defective and we were quickly and easily able to return it and buy a new one immediately without any issues with the vendor. Planning on buying more for other bathrooms. You will not be disappointed!

Great stool - imperfect wood

Love the stool - it was easy to assemble, sturdy, and a great height for toddlers to reach the sink. Only complaint is places of the wood were chipped when I received it. Not horrible, but still stinks when it’s brand new
