Shipping, Delivery and Returns
How do I track my shipment?
An automated tracking email will be sent to the email address submitted with the order once your item ships. If you haven't received your item beyond the estimated period, please contact us anytime.
How long will it take to get my orders?
The delivery time will vary by country and region. We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. These are the current transit time estimates:

5-10 business days. If the item is on the backorder, please refer to estimated shipping time on the product page.
How much are shipping fees in the US?
Wood City provides free shipping on orders over 45$ in the regions available.
Can you ship anywhere in the US?

Where do you ship from?
Ships from our warehouse in the US.
If I order multiple items, will they ship at the same time?
We cannot guarantee that all items in your order will ship at the same time. In fact, it is more likely that the items in your order will ship at different times. But don't worry, each item will have a tracking number for you to check the progress of the logistics.
Orders States
How do I change or cancel my order?
If you notify us before shipping, you can change or cancel your order at no additional charge.If your order is successfully cancelled, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email. We will issue your refund immediately, but it may take 10-12 business days for it to be reflected on your bill.Unfortunately, if your package has already been shipped, we are unable to intercept the package to change the address and the cost of resending the package will be borne by the customer. Address changes can only be made if your order has not yet been shipped.To submit a cancellation request or make a change to your order, please email support@woodcitybrands.com
Can I change the shipping address after it has been placed?
If you have accidentally provided an incorrect address, please email us immediately at support@woodcitybrands.com. Please note that we have a very short window to change your address.Unfortunately, if your package has already shipped or started processing, we cannot intercept the package to change the address and the cost of re-shipping will be borne by the customer. Address changes are only possible if your order has not yet shipped.

What payment options do you offer?
For your convenience, we offer a variety of payment options, including PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, and Klarna (in four interest-free installments).
Returns&Warranty
How do I return my order?
We want you to be totally satisfied with your Wood City product. You have 30 days after delivery to notify us that you would like to return a product. Within 30 days after our receipt of this notice, the product must be returned to us unaltered. Please contact us and include your name, order number and, optionally, reason for return, and we will issue you a prepaid return label. Return shipping is free within the United States.
Any after-sales guarantee?
The warranty period is 2 years. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Are Wood City products safe?
Definitely! We keep high-quality produce! Safety is always in the first place.We have our brand-owned factory, which enables direct supervision and management to ensure quality assurance of our products. We have years of experience in the process and are able to control cost and quality well enough to produce a cost effective product. Our plant adheres to the principle of sustainable development and uses clean energy throughout the plant, including wind power and hydroelectric power.
Do your products require installation?
Yes, some of our products like the learning tower require you to assemble it yourself. But don't worry, the installation procedure is very easy. We have made a detailed installation video for you to view, which is available on the product page. And, installation instructions will also be included in the package.
